I understand that wellbeing looks different for everyone, and I myself have a variety of tools that I like to use to support my own wellbeing.
As a Certified Crystal Healer & Sound Practitioner, here you will find my offerings in these fields.

Crystals have played a huge part in my day to day wellbeing, which is why I carry a small collection that you will find here, I source from small family run mines, stockists and traders that all have the same ethical stand point as myself - to be both people and planet friendly.

Crystal Healing
Crystal Healing is a form of holistic treatment for energetic healing, where crystals are used as tools to help rebalance the bodies natural vibrational energy.

Before the treatment we will discuss what it is you're hoping to gain from the treatment ie; Relaxation, Destress, Grounding, Soothe Body aches, Clear the mind etc.
With your intention in mind I will then select certain crystals to help support your needs, along with using specific Chakra crystals to help align and balance the energetic flow through the body.

During your session you will be asked to lie down and rest, I will then use the chosen crystals and place them accordingly on and
around your body and the
body's energy field.
​
Crystal Healing is gentle and powerful. helping you to feel better and brighter in both body and mind.
​
Every body responds to treatments in their own unique way, it is not uncommon to experience temperature sensations, "fuzzing or tingling" in the body, colourful imagery or visualisations, a sense of floating or heaviness and emotional responses too.

After treatment there will be time for you to ask any questions you may have.

Sound Healing
Sound Healing is an ancient energy healing practice that utilises the healing vibrational frequencies emitted by specific instruments to bring balance and harmony into every cell of your being.
​
I work mainly with Pure Quartz Crystal singing bowls at 432hz to draw upon the natural healing qualities of Quartz and the vibrational tuning of the natural world.
I also include beautifully tuned chimes, percussion instruments and Tibetan bowls to further enhance your immersive sound experience.
​
Sound Healing works to bring you into a deeply relaxed state of being so that your body can access its rest & digest state, meaning you can begin to heal on deep and cellular level.
​
All it requires is for you to get comfortable, usually lying down, covered in a blanket and with a comforting eye pillow.
You simply bathe in the sound and drift into a sleepy magical state while the internal magic of balance and harmony happens.

Combined Healing
Take a combined approach with a fusion of Crystal & Sound Alchemy.
Crystals are used as tools to help rebalance the bodies natural vibrational energy while additionally being immersed in the frequencies of The Pure Quartz Singing Bowl.

I will select specific crystals to help support your needs, along with using specific Chakra crystals to help align and balance the energetic flow through the body.
​During your session you will be asked to lie down and rest, I will then use the chosen crystals and place them accordingly on and around your body and the body's energy field.
​
With the information from our initial discussion at the beginning of the session, I will then play you a bespoke Sound Bath to help magnify the crystals energies, using Chakra Bowls to target the areas where you need the energy to flow to the most, you will fall into a deeply relaxed state.

You will receive a crystal at the end of the session to take home with you so you can continue on your healing Journey.
