Hello,

I'm Sunni Briony, Yoga Teacher and Wellbeing practitioner based in Whitstable, I offer weekly yoga & movement classes, 1:1 private classes and host regular workshops. 

I have a strong passion for mental, physical and spiritual wellbeing. My main goal is to provide you with a tool box of different ways to explore and cater to your own wellbeing.

With a variety of yoga classes, sound baths, meditations, crystal healings, group wellbeing events to chose from,  I hope that I can offer you a space to nourish and nurture your whole being. â€‹â€‹

My teaching style is light hearted and honest.

Fully encompassing that there is something for every body and all bodies when it comes to practicing yoga.

 

My aim is to create a safe, self accepting space for movement and enquiry.

A space where you can explore your body, your mind and all the bits in-between.

YANG TO YIN 
 

This Yang to Yin class is an opportunity to explore the balance of opposites in a practice that combines two halves.

The practice will begin with an energetic and dynamic flow, working to generate heat, build stamina and increase stability. ( Fiery Yang )

The second half of the practice being the calmer (Cooling Yin ) element, where poses are mostly floor based, held for longer periods and utilise props to allow both body and mind to become still.

EARTH FLOW

This practice is centred around finding connection, balance, grounding and a sense of oneness in body and mind. Through a carefully curated fluid exploration of the physical Asana (pose) you will find moments to pause, allowing you to feel deeply rooted in each phase of the practice.

We build strong roots, breathe for fluidity and connect to earth element energy.

Leaving you feeling rooted in the here and now. Centred with the ability to truly tune in and ground down.

YIN YOGA 

​Yin Yoga is all about the experience, it is the quiet and contemplative practice.

Combining teachings of Traditional Chinese Medicine with Traditional Asana practice to formulate a slow paced practice where the poses are held for longer, are less about strict alignment and more about finding felt sensations in the intended stretch or compression area.

Particularly good for relieving physical and mental tension, calming the mind and helping you to relax.

MIND, BODY, MOVEMENT

Through intention led movement, this class will explore the connections between the physical body, the mind and all the bits in between.

Moving through a series of Asanas (poses) in a progressive and conscious way, always with options for variation and regression.

You will find a sense of strength and stability with in the body, create room for fluidity and balance and find stillness throughout, allowing the mind to quieten so that you can enquire within

GENTLE HATHA

This class will move through a series of Asanas (poses) slowly and mindfully, exploring slightly longer static holds to truly feel comfortable with each pose. There will be plenty of time to slowly move from pose to pose so you can explore alignment. 

These classes offer a balance of effort and softness, allowing room for both Yang and Yin energies

Something for all...

COMMUNITY YOGA

​

This class runs on a "Pay What You Can" basis and is intended to create a space where yoga is accessible for everyone. 

​

This is an accessible, all levels yoga class.

Come and connect to the self with curiosity and compassion. We will move  each week exploring the chosen theme, carefully weaving movement together to find flow and ease within body and mind.
