I first found Yoga as a teenager, while seeking something to help improve my own mental wellbeing.
It didn’t take long to notice the profound affects of the practice and I soon fell in love and dreamed of sharing the practice with others.

My experience lead me to delve into my initial 200 hour Yoga Tecaher Training, from this point the learning and studying has never stopped.
I am committed to my continued professional development and have since trained in Yin Yoga, Yoga Nidra, Pranayama, Meditation, Additional Hatha Yoga Trainings and Advanced Teaching Courses covering topics such as; Trauma Informed teaching, Restorative Yoga and Chair Yoga. I also regularly attend immersions and workshops to deepen my understanding of yoga, movement and human anatomy.

In 2026 my studies include Yin & Elemental Theory and an in depth Traditional Hatha Yoga Training.
Each year that goes by, I am drawn deeper to focus on the roots of yoga, the philosophy and ancient wisdoms shared from Vedic Tradition and Taoism; it is from here that we frame our modern practices, this is where my passion truly lies.

I have over 15 years of personal practice and have been leading weekly practices since 2022.
It is a privilege to share the Yoga Tradition and help others find ways to nourish and nurture their own wellbeing.
I am a Yoga Alliance Accredited Yoga Teacher, a Certified Crystal Healer and Certified Sound Bath Facilitator.

I can't wait to see you soon !
