Inner Glow : Crystal Sound Bath
Join Sunni for a deeply nourishing and soulful Sound Bath.
Let yourself be bathed in the soothing vibrational frequencies of the Quartz Crystal bowls, as each ripple of sound helps you to realign on a deep and cellular level.
Receive a crystal to help you to connect with the intention of the evening and further enhance your experience.
Before we begin our journey with sound, you will be guided to connect to your crystal and set your own intentions, this crystal is yours to keep and take home.As you settle in for your Sound bath, Sunni will guide you with a short meditation to help you slip into a deeper state of relaxation. Then simply drift on the waves of sound into a beautifully dreamy state of being.
As the session closes, you will be guided gently back and left with a few moments of silence so you can reflect and integrate your experience.

Join Sunni at The Denstroude Flower farm for an afternoon Sound Bath surrounded by the farms beautiful blooms followed by a relaxing Tea & Cake and Flower Picking.
Let yourself be bathed in the soothing vibrational frequencies of the Quartz Crystal bowls and Nibiru Gong as each ripple of sound helps you to realign on a deep and cellular level.
Complemented by various percussion instruments such as chimes and shakers to create an immersive sensory experience.
As the session closes, you will be guided gently back and left with a few moments of silence so you can reflect and integrate your experience.
After the sound bath there will be Teas & Cakes on offer for you to enjoy as you take your time enjoying filling a bucket with beautiful blooms.
£40.00 per person ( includes a standard bucket to fill with flowers worth £20 your refreshment and cake)
Mat, Bolster and Eye Pillows provided.

Autumnal Reset at The Geodome

Join Sunni at Monkton Nature Reserve for this Mini retreat all about Rest and Nourishment for Body, Mind and Soul.
The day will weave together gentle Autumn Yin Yoga, Down Regulating Pranayama (breath expansion) and Soothing Vibrations from the Crystal Bowls.
The practices, for all experience levels, the poses are all floor based and supported by props.
There will be a nourishing seasonal lunch provided, please do let us know if you have any dietary requirements by email.
This day is an opportunity to really rest, allowing space to tap into the parasympathetic nervous system, to soothe tension from the body and bring harmony to the mind.

Enjoy a dreamy evening to restore and reset your entire being.
This practice is a combination of deeply soothing, grounding and restorative practices all wrapped up with a nourishing sound bath.
You can expect soft and nurturing Āsanas drawn from Restorative, Yin and traditional Hatha to create space and ease for the body, intentional Prāṇāyāma & Nidrā practices to gently guide the mind home into the body and preparing you to drop into a steady and soft focus - Saṃyama (meditation).
During which you will bathe in the vibrations of the Crystal Bowls, soothing you on a deep and cellular level.
Sunni will also use essential oils and offer some hands on work for those who would like this.
